I had the opportunity to photograph the very first couple to be married at the Twin Falls LDS temple.  It was a very windy day but the pictures turned out great.  This couple is very natural in front of the camera, I love photographing them.

I photographed this little sweetie as a newborn and here she is a year old! She cheesed it up for us and was so cute.  We also got some messy birthday cake pictures.

I am so behind, I’ve taken a big old blog break.  So I’m going to try to catch up.  I can’t tell you how much I loved this bridal session.  I’ve been waiting to post it because she wanted to make sure her fiance didn’t get a peek at her dress.  She was so much fun and very open to anything.  My only challenge was getting her not to smile every now and then, which really isn’t much of a problem.  My very favorites are the rusty truck pictures.

Go Big Red!

So Dan is a die-hard Big Red fan.  Big surprise seeing as he was Nebraska born and bred.  They don’t take these things lightly there, but in their defense they are known for their coutesy to visiting teams as well.  Football season makes us a bit homesick.  Mostly because I’d rather he was watching the game at his mom’s while I go shopping (heh, heh).  Sadly my attention span for the game lasts only a few minutes most of the time.  But I like the parties and all the excitement and neighborly bonding that goes along with it, and now we display the N proudly to show our loyalty and the little piece of our hearts that resides in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Okay, speech over, here’s the N that my husband spray paints in the yard every year.  I thought about denying him this year since the house is up for sale but I couldn’t crush his spirits.  And actually it always starts up some conversation with neighbors we didn’t know and hidden Husker fans nearby.
